Jacklyn is an award-winning hair designer, educator and competition judge.
Having more than 15 years of professional hair-designing under her belt, Jacklyn is a well-known name in the hairstyling scene. Jacklyn was trained as a hair-stylist in England under Vidal Sassoon and Alan International, and soon established herself as an award-winning hair-designer by emerging as the champion in the Singapore Championship organised by the Professional Hairstyling Business Association (PHBA) in 1997. Jacklyn served as the director and principal of Pivot Point Singapore for 15 years, where she taught hair-designing while maintaining a busy hair-designing practice.
As an educator, Jacklyn has had a string of successes. Her students swept the top 3 spots in the ICD-Intercoiffure Mondial in 2002, and the top prize in 2004. Many of her protégées have travelled as far as Paris, Dubai, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Indonesia, Malaysia and locally to showcase their workmanship. Committed to maximizing her students’ potential through the delivery of high quality instruction and an innovative teaching system, she strongly believes in helping her students achieve their full potential. Not to be complacent, she constantly keeps abreast with new and innovative skills. Over the 15 years of teaching, she has personally mentored more than her fair share of apprentices and stylists.
Jaclyn has served as a competition judge in several Beauty Asia and Pantene P&G competitions. She was conferred the “Knight of the Stars” Award by ICD. She gained her Official Juror Certification (2007-2008) in the 1st OMC World Jury Congress in 2007.
Jacklyn continues to provide top-notch service today, and she currently offers these services:

- Hair extensions services using 100% natural human hair from Great Lengths
- Mobile hair-styling services at the preferred location of clients, especially for elderly patrons & special events
- Teaching short courses in haircutting, long hair design, and make-up; both for novice and advanced levels
